Our gourmet and creative cuisine, made from fresh, quality products, evolves with the seasons in a regional style, with a few nods to Provence. Nicolas, the chef, assisted by his son Lucas, officiates in the kitchen.

Ursula, the chef’s wife, evolves in the dining room for your well-being and to advise you on more than 250 references from the best vintages.

On the wine route, close to a strategic traffic circle, a family-run inn praised for its longevity and regularity. The cuisine here is in good spirit, regional and personalized, using local produce. Try the “Lerchenbuehl” menu at €54, which offers some interesting dishes: a declination of tomato, salmon trout from the Val d’Orbey, just seized fennel confit with bisque juice, Alsatian rhubarb and almond financier.

Tradition comes first at this family-run establishment in the heart of the vineyard! In the kitchen, father and son (Lucas, who has worked in some fine establishments) work together, always with the ambition of reinterpreting Alsace’s terroir. Enjoy veal filet mignon with morel mushrooms, and themed menus (mainly in winter). Warm welcome and attentive service, and rooms to extend your stay.
